An essential step in the manufacture of a cold heading part, the creation of high-performance tooling requires experience and precision.
Each part requires its own tools. Once the strain range has been determined, tooling manufacturing can begin. The latter is then mounted in the striking machine which, after careful adjustments, will finally be ready to produce.
We have our own tool shop. The necessary dialogue between toolmakers and machine operators is direct and permanent, thus ensuring great responsiveness and an accumulation of know-how.
