In order to meet the quality requirements of the automotive market, dephosphatation units are integrated upstream of heat treatment furnaces. This allows the parts to be dephosphated online before they are passed through the oven (removal of the phosphate present on the wire in the crown, the raw material of our manufacturing process).
Our heat treatment lines (automatic passage furnace) allow oil quenching processes to be carried out in a controlled and tempered atmosphere, in class 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9.
